To ensure accurate printing and safe cutting, keep all text and important graphics at least 0.5" away from the edge of your design. Be sure to include a 0.5" bleed on every side of the layout. Avoid using crop marks in your file. The design template dimensions are 119” x 86”. Our production team will professionally assemble the panels by hand.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to upload up to four unique designs-one for each tent panel. If you prefer the same image on all sides, you’ll need to upload that file to each panel position individually.

What are the shipping details for the tent?
Your tent will arrive in two separate boxes:
Hardware Box: 40 lbs, 63" L x 10.5" W x 10" H
Printed Canopy Box: 12 lbs, 25" L x 19" W x 2.25" H
Gently wipe the printed fabric with a soft, damp cloth using mild dish soap and lukewarm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemicals containing petroleum. Ensure the fabric is completely dry before packing away to prevent damage or mildew.
Yes. The printed top is fully detachable from the frame, making it easy to switch out designs or clean as needed.
